It is so tall that I had difficulties to fit all the tower in the photo, but with some diagonal technique I could have it all. The tower is 314m (nearly one third of a km) tall. If the tower fell on us at this place where the photo is taken it would 'reach 'us.

This is level 21 (as indicated in the escalator) and resides a fine restaurant with reasonable prices. If I remember well this level is 174m tall from ground.

Here we are up the tower at the restaurant level. Only half of the 'platform' is taken by the restaurant, the other half is for the public to see the views. However it is near to impossible not to book for a meal once seeing the place up here.

This is a photo at further East of Tallin. I think it is a power station based on oil. I could see a train passing from a railway away from this plant to another location near the main port where there are many large storage tanks, presumingly storing oil. I read that Estonia has oil mines.

Another photo from the TV tower, where it's shadow can be seen falling on the forest nearby.

Large concrete building serving as apartment flats. Very common in countries which had the Soviet occupation. They remind me of Czech and Hungary, very similar too.

Photo from the other side of the tower looking west showing the nearby botanical garden. At the far there is Tallinn old city and the harbour.

As I said before, once you are up here it is irresistable not to book a meal in this restaurant. This is the following day (13:00) where we had one of the most pleasant meals in Tallin. Thanks go to a client next to us (who drank at least 3 pitchers of beer with his friends) who took us this great photo.
