Full repair description and observations |

1 |
Not much to say, the vcr
was opened and the cassette seemed to be ejected for no reason. On inspecting
the cassette housing assembly, two springs were noted to be out of place. |
|
|
2 |
1 of the springs was
loaded back into position, while the other was then known that it served as
an earth connection with the top cover and one of its ends was susoended
upwards. |
|
|
3 |
This seemed that it
fixed the problem, but it is not excluded that the solution could have been
that of cleaning the tape detector prisms during testing and manipulation. |
|
|
4 |
There seemed to be no
other problems and the VCR worked perfectly. |
