Lino gave me the television free since it had a fault and he did not want to repair it since he bought a new one.

Full repair description and observations

Immediately, I suspected that the fault was in the vertical deflection board. This was confirmed when I replaced this board with a good one from another CUC 720 and the raster came good.

 I checked all the electrolytic capcitors in this board and found 3 to be low in capacitance in particular a 1000uF capacitor C2711 which was found to be arounf 600uF.

 I replaced this capacitor and a good raster was formed backe.
